We are delighted to invite you to participate in the TransRussia Conference co-organised by ITE

Conference Venue:
In 2012, the conference will be held in the same venue as the TransRussia exhibition, in the newly-built conference hall of Pavilion 8.
This means that delegates will be able to attend both the exhibition and the conference.

Convenient schedule:
For two days, conference sessions will run from 11:00 till 15:00, leaving time for meetings at the exhibition.

Audience:
Over the last six years, a minimum of 300 participants from more than 20 countries have attended the conference every year.  Participants include leading experts and managers of the largest transportation companies.

international and Russian freight forwarders;
transport authorities from Central European countries;
state and private railways;
owners of transport infrastructure and railcars;
ports and shipping lines; major exporters and freight owners;
financial institutions, insurance companies and banks

If registered via BaltMarketConsult OÜ the Conference participation fee will amount to

• 900 EUR -  the first delegate ( normal fee is 950 EUR)
• 5% discount for 2 and more delegates
• 650 EUR – the fee for the exponents of  “TransRussia2012 “ Exhibition

If you pay the registration fee for the participation in the Conference prior March 1, 2012, you get a discount: 875 EUR – first delegate.

Delegate registration includes 2-day conference participation (simultaneous translation provided), coffee breaks, complimentary ticket to the joint Gala Dinner for TransRussia Exhibitors and Conference Delegates, company listing and description in the conference catalogue (1000 characters in Russian and English), complimentary copy of the conference catalogue and the TransRussia exhibition catalogue, delegate package, free admission to the TransRussia exhibition.
